Shipping Policy
Items are shipped from France to all countries in the world. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the country of destination.
We have chosen La Poste as our carrier, so delivery times depend on postal delivery times and are beyond our control.
The shipping time is 1 to 3 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Legal withdrawal periods: for any purchase, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the item (s) ordered, without justification. You are responsible for the return costs and we have 14 days to reimburse you.
When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the return is at our expense. We will send you a return slip to print, stick on the package and simply drop it in your mailbox.
